Brain Health for Bar Exam Success
With the July Bar Exam approaching, we’re excited to announce a workshop led by Adjunct Professor Lauren H. Breslow, J.D., M.P.H., a nationally certified health and wellness coach.
Professor Breslow will cover important topics like:
- Taking care of your brain through sleep, nutrition, and movement
- Tools to help you stay focused while studying
- Mindfulness techniques to support your wellbeing during exam prep
While this workshop is geared toward 3Ls preparing for the Bar, all students are welcome to attend.
